Hmm... The pricing setup is quite unclear, even though they claim to provide free and open-source options. It's best not to rely on them for any CRM information - that's a big mistake.

I've been working with SugarCRM since its days as an open-source initiative. It's a fantastic CRM platform that's pretty easy to navigate. The learning curve for SugarCRM isn't as tough as what you find with other CRM systems.

Referred to as mosasses, incredibly sluggish!! I just can't understand why anyone wouldn't create their own PHP application... SugarCRM feels like a total scam. Seriously, steer clear of it!

I absolutely do NOT recommend this! The software is just awful. It's buggy, overly complicated, and definitely not user-friendly. If you ever need to export your data, just forget about it. My developer, who's been in the game for over 30 years, said it's a total nightmare. And to make matters worse, their customer service is just the pits! They’ll shut down your company account right on the day your bill is due, no matter if they sent the invoice to the right person or even sent it at all. This is especially frustrating during Covid when you're trying to keep your essential business running! What a terrible company!

Fred jumped in to tackle my issue without delay. He understood my annoyance and made sure to keep me updated all along the way. He resolved it. Plus, he even checked back to ensure I was happy with the outcome. This is how customer service should be done.
